Mayor Tamburro proclaimed the mont of April 2018 to be designated as Sikh Awareness and Appreciation Month in Monroe Township. Mayor presented the declaration to Sikh community at the groundbreaking ceremony of Gurdwara at Guru Nanak Sikh Heritage Sikh center site.
